Dua Lipa has shut down pregnancy rumours, after she shared a cryptic post.
Last week, the singer posted a photo of herself to Instagram, captioning the post with a series of emojis – including a baby’s bottle, sparkles and an angel.
Fans flooded to the comment section to ask the 25-year-old was she expecting her first child, with Dua addressing the speculation on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
“I like finding little random emojis, like a little baby bottle or angels and sparkles. Random,” she explained.

“I really didn’t think this through and I posted it and then I look at the comments and somebody says, ‘is she pregnant?’
“And I look at the picture, I look at the comment, I look at the picture, I look at the comment, and I’m like, ‘surely i don’t look pregnant?’
“And then I see that people have been writing stories saying that I posted some cryptic message that I might be announcing my pregnancy.
“And I’m just like, ‘oh my God, these emojis have come to bite me in the ar*e.'”
“I’m not pregnant, just to clear it up,” she added, and has since deleted the cryptic caption.
Dua has been dating model Anwar Hadid since 2019, who is the brother of supermodels Gigi and Bella Hadid.
The news comes after the British singer was branded a “hypocrite” for travelling during the coronavirus pandemic, after posting a ‘Stay At Home’ message on social media.
