Vanessa Bauer has admitted that she would ‘love to meet’ Megan Barton-Hanson after their Dancing On Ice drama.
Their feud started when Megan accused Vanessa of ‘tactically’ breaking up with her boyfriend just before her first skate with Wes Nelson, who Megan has since broken up with.
Speaking about the drama, the DOI skater told The Sun: “I have acted very professional but I honestly don’t know her, I bet she’s a lovely girl.”
“I would love to meet her. She would be welcome to any of our training sessions but I never got the chance to meet her.”
When asked if she wished things had turned out differently regarding their public drama, she simply replied: “I’m doing the show, and I’m doing my job.”
“I’m being a professional figure skater, that’s what I’ve worked for my entire life.”
The professional skater continued to focus on how she has handled the drama, she said: “I’m on the biggest skating show I could work on so I am just happy about that.”
Vanessa and Wes have been praised for their ‘chemistry’ when skating but she slammed the possibility of any romance between the pair, she said: “On the ice, obviously but that’s professional work, on the ice.”
