Dan Osborne says he’s ‘depressed and anxious’ because of ‘relentless lies’ being told about him

Dan Osborne said he is “depressed and anxious” because of “relentless lies” that have been told about him.

The reality star has been hit with many “cheating” claims, after being spotted hanging out with female friends while on nights out/on holidays.

The father-of-three has now opened up about how the allegations have impacted his mental health and told new! magazine: “Truthfully? I feel like I can’t take any more. Back in the day I made mistakes, yes, and I get harassed for it non-stop.”

“Now it’s happening again when I’ve done nothing wrong. It’s really getting to me. If it weren’t for the kids… I honestly don’t think I’d be here,” he continued.

“How can certain sections of the media be allowed to write such untrue stories?” Dan said, as he broke down in tears.

The TOWIE star then spoke about Mike Thalassitis’ tragic death and said: “I tell you, if I didn’t have kids, I could have done something really bad by now too. I’m not being overdramatic – this is real.”

“I’ve had so many days when I just haven’t wanted to be here. I’m at the point where I don’t even want to get out of bed.”

The 27-year-old added that he feels paranoid because of the stories written about him: “I’m normally a confident person, outgoing and fun, and now I’m depressed and anxious. I don’t trust anyone and that’s sad.

He also said that the stories impact his wife, Jacqueline Jossa: “All these fake stories, they’re causing so much unnecessary upset. My wife’s seeing these things online and I understand why it makes her angry. I’d feel the same.”
