Dan Osborne faces major backlash over his comments about the Covid jab

Dan Osborne has faced major backlash online over his comments about the Covid jab.

Last week, the Pzifer vaccine was approved for 12 to 15-year-olds in the UK.

According to the HSE, vaccines are the most effective way to prevent infectious diseases.

All vaccines are tested for safety and effectiveness before they can be used. The HSE only uses a vaccine if it meets the required standards of safety and effectiveness.

Dan, who is married to Jacqueline Jossa, told his Instagram followers that he is refusing to get vaccinated or allow his children to get the jab.

The 29-year-old, who just returned home from a holiday to Portugal, said in a social media rant: “I’ve said it from day one. People are going to have a go at me, but the whole thing is about money. The whole damn thing.”

“I’ve had hundreds, maybe thousands of messages about kids getting the vaccination. Personally that s**t isn’t even going in me – never mind my kids.”

“People do your research, it’s not good. That’s just my opinion, it’s my Instagram I should be able to say what I want.”

The former TOWIE star shares two children with his wife Jacqueline – Ella (6) and Mia (2). He is also the father of a 7-year-old named Teddy from a previous relationship.

Fans took to Twitter to criticize Dan for his comments, with one writing: “Dan Osborne. Another prat who won’t take the vaccine. Unbelievable stupidity and recklessness!”

Another tweeted: “Dan Osborne, who has spent most of his career apologising for making bad decisions, has decided the vaccine is not for him. What a surprise.”

A third penned: “Not Dan Osborne saying the corona vaccine is about money when it’s literally free loool what 🤡.”

It comes after Love Island star Alexandra Cane also came under fire for her comments about the vaccine.
