Coco Lodge reveals what REALLY happened with Summer Botwe at the Love Island reunion in tell-all video

Coco Lodge has revealed what really happened between herself and Summer Botwe at the Love Island reunion in a new tell-all video.

Viewers saw the Casa Amor bombshells clash after Coco made a joke about Summer’s beau Josh Le Grove on the Saving Grace podcast.

The 27-year-old told the podcast host that after being dumped from the villa, she and Josh were put in a holding villa and the pair grew close – despite his romance with Summer.

Grace asked “Did you s**g him?,” to which Coco replied, “No and I’m actually annoyed because I feel like I could have now. Talking to him now after I’m like I feel like it could have happened.”

“He was like ‘Oh I’m horny,’” she continued. “I was like right… I’m gonna take myself to bed. But I don’t know why I did that because sorry he’s so fit.”

“But we are really close now, like we spend like every day, like all day together and I’m like just let me try once. I even say to him, ‘Just let me try once please Josh!’”

During the Love Island reunion episode, Coco and Summer got into a heated argument, with Coco insisting of her comments: “It’s just banter. If you can’t handle a big personality don’t go on reality TV.”

According to Love Island finalist Dami Hope, the pair’s fight was a lot more dramatic in reality, but the scenes were cut from the show.

In a video posted to her YouTube channel, Coco recounted her version of events.

“I’ll give you a little bit of an insight, because there was a TikTok going around and it’s kinda like fake news – so, all of that isn’t true. I did not go on a rampage talking about sex, people were confused and the producers did not take me out.”

“All that really happened was, obviously Summer kind of came at me and made a comment that was unnecessary when we were talking about who’d got with who,” Coco continued.

“[Summer was] aware of Josh’s actions since coming out of the villa, and so no offence but it seems like a bit of an excuse that [she’s] even coming for me.”

“She was making some nasty comments. I’m not going to give too much away about what she said, but they were inappropriate and I would never call people these words.”

“The producers because of the comments wanted to pull me out. I am a sensitive person, I am a crier, so yes I did nearly cry. I don’t like having confrontation, especially when someone is my friend.”

Coco recently revealed to The Mirror that she asked producers to cut the scenes.

She explained: “I think all that was cut out was a bit of back and fourth, where I was like: ‘I don’t really wanna talk about this, it’s embarrassing it’s school girl drama, I don’t want to be involved I’m 27’. That was cut out.”

“There was a few comments made by her [Summer] that was cut out, which I’d rather not share because they were very nasty towards me and I would rather not even put them out there and I did say that to welfare before the episode aired that I’d rather those comments she made about me not be shown.”

The Casa Amor bombshell added that had the comments that she thought the edit had done Summer a “favour”.

She said: “I don’t think there’s anything to complain [about] I did see Summer’s tweet but the only thing they took out in that argument, to be honest, would look even worse on her so they’ve actually done her a favour.”

“The things she said to me were completely out of line and offensive and not what you would say to a woman or a man. So to be honest, I don’t think it’s a bad edit in her favour.”

Summer has reportedly moved on with a TOWIE star Roman Hackett, since confirming her split from Josh.
