Christine McGuinness fears husband Paddy’s vasectomy hasn’t worked – after experiencing pregnancy cravings

Christine McGuinness has shared her fears that husband Paddy’s vasectomy hasn’t worked, after experiencing pregnancy cravings.

The reality star and her TV presenter husband are parents to three kids – seven-year-old twins Leo and Penelope and four-year-old Felicity.

The Real Housewives of Chelsea star took to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, where she revealed she was craving a Fab ice lolly with a cup of tear before bed.

The mum-of-three explained: “I used to crave [Fab ice creams] when I was pregnant”, before insisting she was not pregnant as her husband “had the snip”.

Paddy also seemed to question his wife’s “weird” night-time craving, as he took to Instagram to share a snap of the snack.

He captioned the post: “Just asked the good lady what she wanted for her supper? I’m praying that vasectomy has held up!”

Christine commented: “Oh no!. I craved Fabs through both pregnancies 🙈 I’m scared now 😂 I told you to get it checked! ✂️ 🍆🍒”

Taking to the comment section, fans shared their experiences getting pregnant despite a vasectomy, with one writing: “Haha my third child was conceived after I’d had a vasectomy???!!!😬”

Another added: “I conceived our 7th 3 months after my husband’s vasectomy and he didn’t get the all clear until 8 weeks before I gave birth 😂”.

Christine later appeared on her Instagram Stories again, saying: “Just to everyone sending me messages to say their husbands snips didn’t work like, soz about that, or congratulations – I’m not really sure you want me to say.

“But please don’t send those negative vibes my way because I’m really hoping that his snip has worked!”

The 32-year-old recently revealed her three children have become “more physical” with her during lockdown.

All three of their children have been diagnosed with autism, and Christine has been open about their struggles on social media.

The model mum shared a text that read: “I totally understand, all three of mine have got more physical with me and each other recently, it’s awful 💔.”

“I barely recognise them sometimes 😭 and I just paint a smile on like everything is fine. Thinking of you lots, stay strong. This time will pass.”
