Cheryl opens up about motherhood – and reveals which celebrity she calls for advice

Cheryl has opened up about motherhood, and dished details on how she stays calm, who does the cooking, and how she makes her life easier.

The former X Factor judge, who welcomed son Bear with boyfriend Liam Payne last March, spoke to Glamour about what advice she would give new mothers.

Cheryl shared the importance of sleep, and advised, “Sleep when the baby sleeps.”

Cheryl added, “I used to do that for the first couple of months, just nap with him. Also, get your husband to cook.”

On how she keeps calm, the former Girls Aloud singer said, “I do love yoga. I like it for calming your state of mind so instead of doing mad cardio where it intensifies it, it calms you down.”

The mother-of-one also admitted that she calls former Girls Aloud bandmate Kimberly Walsh for advice and baby tips.

“I am always ringing Kimberley for baby tips and advice on how to entertain your one-year-old,” Cheryl said.

Cheryl also said she swears by the vitamin Lumity, a 2-step supplement that is filled with vitamins, minerals, omega-3 fatty acids and amino acids.

“I take three in the morning and three at night, It’s got everything that you need,” the singer said.

On what else she wants to achieve, Cheryl said, “I’ve crammed quite a lot in over the last 16 years so I’ve done quite a lot of the stuff that was my dream but I still have a lot of creativity.”

The girlfriend of Liam Payne also added, “I’d maybe like to manage other artists or help on the record label side or directing with an artistic eye.”
