Celebrities share inspiring messages on social media for #WorldMentalHealthDay

Stars have come together for World Mental Health Day

Celebrities are using their social media platforms to show their support for #WorldMentalHealthDay.

The company MQ use social media to bring awareness to mental health with their slogan “Transforming Mental Health.”

And today, they’ve partnered up with celebrities to spread positivity.

The company wrote, “We swear to take it on – if you swear to help #weswear”


Singers such as James Arthur, Rag’n’Bone Man and former Spice Girl Mel C used their Instagram’s to bring awareness to mental health.

Along with the singers, reality stars from Love Island and Made in Chelsea worked with MQ to bring attention to the issue.

Former X Factor winner James Arthur took to Instagram, and wrote, “Lets start talking to each other.”

Former Love Island contestants Olivia Buckland and Chris Hughes took to their Instagram account to show their support.

Olivia wrote, “Just because you don’t understand it, doesn’t mean it isn’t so.’ There is always room to learn, listen and love. I stand with you❤️ #worldmentalhealthday.”

Today, Chris launched the Don’t Bottle It Up campaign, a collaboration between Topman and charity CALM, on World Mental Health Day – and spoke candidly about his struggles with anxiety.

The Love Island star broke down while discussing his battle with mental illness during a live stream promoting his collaboration with Topman and Calmzone.
