Nominations for the 73rd British Academy Film Awards have been slammed by fans for their “lack of diversity”.
Film fans have taken issue with the nominations being dominated by white people, and men.
Taking to Twitter, movie fanatics have criticised the list of nominees as they do not include any people of colour.
Nominations for best supporting actress lists Margot Robbie twice, snubbing Jennifer Lopez for her role in Hustlers.
Others have criticised the directors category specifically as Little Women director Greta Gerwig was snubbed for a nomination.
It comes after new research has shown that more and more women are involved with directing and film making.
The #BAFTAs literally nominated Margot Robbie twice for the same award instead of picking someone of colour aka Jennifer Lopez or Zhao Shuzhen.

The Baftas really are ignoring female directors in any way they can.
When we have autuers like Greta Gerwig, Lulu Wang and Lorene Scafaria, why are they getting repeatedly snubbed. And Joker keeps getting nominated?! pic.twitter.com/AHiX2848At

Not a SINGLE person of colour was nominated at the BAFTA’s this year. They could have nominated Lupita, Awkafina, Zhao Shuzhen, Jennifer Lopez, Cynthia Erivo, Antonio Banderas, Eddie Murphy, or any one of the Parasite actors, they didn’t. #BAFTAS #BaftasSoWhite
