Alesha Dixon has opened up about her relationship with her Greatest Dancer co-star, Cheryl.
The singer has spoken out about claims of ‘tension’ between her and the mother-of-one, just weeks after Cheryl and Oti Mabuse were forced to shut down similar rumours.
“It’s sad, as a woman, I am always going to have another woman’s back, and Cheryl and I go way back,” Alesha told The Sun.
“We really like each other and she is absolutely fabulous on this. It’s lovely to be working on a show together.”
Alesha’s comments come shortly after Cheryl spoke out about the rumours surrounding her and the other women on the show, as she told Metro: “It’s sexism and it’s systemic in our industry and it will take a while to unravel.”
