Adele stopped a performance in Sydney as a fan collapsed from a heart attack at the concert.
The Grammy winner was forced to halt the performance when a 47-year-old woman suffered the heart condition and emergency services were called.
A concert-goer told The Mail Online, “She [Adele] stopped the concert and she was like, ‘I’m so sorry but someone got hurt and I have to check they’re okay.’
“She actually seemed really tearful.”

Initially it was thought the woman had suffered some kind of spinal injury, because paramedics had brought a stretcher into the arena with them.
But the eye-witness said nobody had paid the situation any attention until Adele stopped the show shortly before launching into Rolling In The Deep.
The singer apologised to the enormous crowd and insisted on starting part of her set again – similar to how she restarted her tribute to George Michael at the Grammy Awards last month after realising she was out of tune.
