Irish X-Factor star Janet Grogan had her dreams dashed when she lost her place in the six-chair challenge.
Now the 26-year-old star is hoping she’ll win a place back on the show as a wildcard.
Judge Simon Cowell booted off Janet to make way for Rob Pattinson’s sister Lizzie.
However, Simon later shared his regret confessing “I should have picked Janet, My mistake.”

“I saw Simon’s tweet after the show” Revealed Janet. “I thought, it’s not much use to me now.”
Janet has admitted she would be thrilled to be taken back onto the show, after rumors circulated that the judge’s are set to select wildcard acts.
“If Simon brought me back as a wildcard act I’d be a fool not to take it.”

However the Tallaght native admitted “I don’t know if it’s a possibility and if I did know, I wouldn’t be aloud to talk about it. I live in hope,” she told the Irish Daily Star.
Janet also revealed there is no bad blood between her and Helen.
“I’m so happy for her, she is a wonderful person.”
