Netflix has finally revealed the face of Count Olaf in their new teaser for Lemony Snicket’s A Series Of Unfortunate Events, and he looks TERRIFYING.
The streaming site shared a clip previously of Lemony telling viewers not to watch the show because of how depressing it is – but we can’t turn away from this teaser.
In the clip, viewers are left hanging off the edge of their seats as they are taunted with silhouettes of Count Olaf before the face of the sinister character is shown.
Neil Patrick Harris underwent a total transformation as he is almost unrecognisable in the final scene of the trailer as Count Olaf.
With a musical and magical background along with an acting career spanning almost three decades, the 43-year-old will no doubt give this role a stellar performance.
A Series Of Unfortunate Events lands on Netflix Friday the 13th of January.
