Former Olympian and reality star Caitlyn Jenner is set to appear on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here – for the second time.
The 70-year-old starred on the short-lived American version of the show 16 years ago in 2003.
She made it to the final week of the spin-off show and came fourth behind Jennifer Lopez’s ex-husband Cris Judd, who won the series.
Speaking on her time on the show she told ITV: “I did the US version of this and it was a very interesting experience last time I did it.”
“Being in the Jungle is certainly not easy and yes, it is totally back to basics but I thought this would be a great opportunity to leave everything behind for three weeks.”
Caitlyn said her last time on the show was like a cleansing of the soul, following reports she is heading down under this time to take a break from The Kardashians. ‘
“Last time, it was almost like a cleansing of the soul!”
Parent to 10 children including Kendall and Kylie Jenner says she’s looking forward to making new friends on the show.
“Last time, I did it with a bunch of people from the States who I knew of. This time it’s a bunch of people from the UK who I potentially won’t know,”
“But I love going over to the UK, I love the British people and I am looking forward to making some new friends, new allies and getting through it all.”
The show starts on Sunday 17th November at 9pm on ITV.
