Swoon! Irish country singer set for VERY special duet on The Late Late Show

Country music star Nathan Carter is set to duet with the late, great Joe Dolan on this Friday’s The Late Late Show.

In a very special performance, the Wagon Wheel star will duet with Joe Dolan through the magic of archive footage, for a unique performance of the beloved Mullingar crooner’s hit ‘Make Me an Island’, and they will be accompanied by the RTÉ Concert Orchestra.

Nathan will also join a panel discussion celebrating the enduring legacy of Joe Dolan on the Irish music scene alongside Joe’s brother Ben Dolan and Sunday World journalist Eddie Rowley.

In honour of Joe, The Late Late Show are giving fans a chance to see this very special performance in studio with two tickets for Friday night’s show up for grabs.

All they have to do is – post a video of themselves singing their favourite Joe Dolan classic to The Late Late Show’s Facebook account or on Twitter using #latelatejoe or, for those who are a bit shy, they can send the video to [email protected].

Fans have until Thursday morning to send in their videos and the lucky winner will find themselves in the audience for Friday night’s very special performance.
