Strictly Come Dancing‘s Seann Walsh and dance partner, Katya Jones, have apologised for their “drunken kiss.”
The pair were spotted kissing in London over the weekend as Katya’s husband and Seann’s long-term girlfriend were nowhere to be seen.
The dancing partners were praised for their dance routine on Saturday night’s show, but as photos of the pair kissing were leaked by The Sun on Sunday, fans quickly changed their minds about the pair.
In light of the story in today’s newspaper I would like to offer my sincere apologies for my actions. This is no excuse but it was a one-off drunken mistake which I am truly sorry for.

Seann and Katya have now both publicly apologised for their actions via Twitter.
The comedian told fans: “In light of the story in today’s newspaper I would like to offer my sincere apologies for my actions.”
“This is no excuse but it was a one-off drunken mistake which I am truly sorry for.”
Meanwhile, the professional dancer also made a public apology as she told fans that she is in a very happy relationship with her husband.

“I love my husband and we are very happy together, this is not a reflection on our relationship,” she continued.
Their apologies come after fans were bewildered as Katya’s husband, Neil, ignored the photos and videos of the pair kissing and instead cheered on the dance partners for their performance over the weekend.
Seann’s long-term girlfriend, Rebbeca Humphries, has reportedly unfollowed the comedian on social media since he was caught kissing Katya.
