Prostitute Janet has been tipped to be killed off in the next episode Love/Hate – after a string of bets from shops near RTE.
Bookmakers Boylesports have revealed they received a haul of bets on Mary Murray’s character being killed off after offering odds of 5/1.
Bosses have been forced to dramatically cull her odds to 5/4 – behind Elmo at 1/8 to be killed – with it expected a few characters will be killed or die in the episode.

It comes after a number of bets at their “Dublin Southside shops”, with it possible that Love/Hate cast members or people who have seen the episode have placed bets.
Boylesports’ Liam Glynn said: we have smelt a rat after laying numerous bets on Janet at 5/1 in our Dublin Southside shops on Tuesday evening and after cutting Janet into 3/1 she continued to attract support.
“Our traders have now cut Janet into 5/4 and will be watching the market with a very close eye and may yet have to suspend betting if the support for her continues.
“At present we stand to lose a four figure amount on Nidge’s ‘Bit on the side’.”
