Sarah Bolger reveals her years wearing corsets have caused her ribs to move

If you thought being an actress was easy, you’d be mistaken as Sarah Bolger has revealed her ribs now move because of all the corsets she has had to wear for roles over the years.

The actress who starred in The Tudors as Lady Mary and more recently as Princess Aurora in US show, Once Upon Time has opened up about the effect her body-crushing costumes have had on her.

“I have the worst ribs in the world because of those corsets,” she admitted.

“My ribs are malleable – they bend in with the corset because of I’ve been doing it for so long.

“I’m sure Natalie is the same. I’d love to see her now and be like, ‘Can I feel your ribs?'” the Rathfarnam beauty said of her former Tudors co-star Natalie Dormer.

Currently playing a princess on Once Upon a Time, the 24-year-old actress has admitted she would love to play another royal Princess Diana.

“If I could play another famous princess it would be Diana. She was this rebel force within that family, and this interesting, unique person,” she told entertainment website ET.

Meanwhile, Sarah has echoed her former co-star Natalie’s, sentiments that there should be more male nudity in Game of Thrones.

Natalie who stars on the HBO hit show has openly discussed there is an inequality when it comes to stripping off on the fantasy series.

“There’s some sort of taboo about male nudity and I don’t see a problem with it,” she shared.

“If there’s no issue with women having their breasts out there then I don’t understand why there couldn’t be with men.

“If nudity’s right in the moment, it should be right for whoever is involved – not just the female character,” she admitted.

The Hollywood star is currently promoting her new thriller Emilie.
