The real reason Lauren Conrad isn’t joining the new series of The Hills has been revealed – and it’s not what you think.
When it was confirmed that LC wouldn’t be coming back for the MTV reboot of the series New Beginnings, many believed it was down to “bad blood” between Lauren and her co-stars.
But now TMZ are reporting that that’s not reason Lauren turned down returning.
Sources told the site that Lauren is just “too busy” with her job to set aside time for filming.
Apparently, her “schedule” just couldn’t allow LC to film any episodes.
Lauren was the whole reason The Hills was created, as Laguna Beach was coming to an end she told producers she was moving to LA to start a career in fashion, and the idea for The Hills was born.
While Lauren and Kristin Cavallari are not back for the new series, Justin Bobby, Audrina Patridge, Stephanie Pratt, Heidi and Spencer are all back.
Brody Jenner is also reportedly “in negotiations” to return and Whitney Port confirmed this week she will also be appearing on the show.
