A prostitute who features in RTE’s new reality show has revealed she’s been inundated with work since it aired.
Connected’s Kate McGrew works as an escort to boost her income in Cork – where she moved from Ohio.
And she said: “I suppose it’s understandable if I’m getting more phone calls. I don’t mind having more clients — but I’m busy enough already as a performer.”
However the 35-year-old insisted she didn’t sign up for the RTE series – which follows the lives of six women – in a bid to find more clients.

“If I were going to do this reality show to drum up trade, I would been a lot more vain with the camera,” she told the Irish Sun.
“I enjoy what I do and I hope to continue this work because its an important stream of income for me.
“Ideally I’d like to be making all my money with my stage shows, but until that happens I am happy to escort.”

Now Kate will appear on the Saturday Night Show with Brendan O’Connor to discuss her time as a prostitute – but her clients don’t mind.
She added: “That’s because I have huge respect for my clients. The ones who have seen me on TV have been very sweet, giving me a lots of praise, saying very nice things. They find it delightful.”
