He’s the new anchor on Xpose but presenter Peter O’Riordan has revealed he has no idea what the show was when TV3 offered him the job.
The Cork man, who had been working as a showbiz reporter for TMZ in LA, was contacted by the head of programming in TV3 to work on Xpose.
But Peter admitted he had never watched a single episode of the showbiz show.
“I got an email they told me ‘this is the plan Xpose will be an hour long, it’s going to be live, we need someone’.

“I didn’t even know what Xpose was to be honest,” Peter admitted.
“After hours of Youtubing it then I thought it would actually be cool. Then I agreed to it in August.
“They told me to be back in September so we packed everything up and came here.”
Speaking to Brendan O’Connor on The Saturday Night Show Peter revealed he was enjoying his experience on the show with Glenda Gilson, Lisa Cannon, Karen Koster and Aisling O’Loughlin.
