Model Nicola Hughes has started to get her wish of becoming a TV presenter as she films a reality show in Canada.
The Dubliner is taking part in new RTE reality series, The Exiles, which sees a group of young people move to Canada on camera.
But Nicola admitted before she headed off that she was keen to jump into TV presenting because it seemed like a “cool job”.
Now sources have revealed that Nicola – who used to work on Balcony TV – has started to get a chance after she was seen interviewing a team of rowers in Vancouver.

A source told Goss.ie: “Nicola is hugely interested in TV presenting and everything that comes with it, so is dipping her foot in.
“The plan when she comes back to Ireland is to try and get more breaks – she knows the right people, so there’s no reason she can’t become a new Kathryn Thomas.”
