Adam Collard has revealed his plans to reunite with Zara McDermott, after being dumped from the Love Island villa.
Speaking after his shock dumping on Thursday night’s show, the personal trainer said Zara is his “priority” now.
He said, “She said something along the lines of ‘I’ll be waiting outside, I’ll be waiting with ten thousand or twenty thousand kisses!’ I do really, really want to see her, I’m excited for that.”
When asked if he would consider returning to the villa in a shock twist, Adam said, “I wouldn’t go back in there now. I want to see Zara.”
“That is my priority now. I was ready to come out, especially when I knew I had feelings for Zara.”
After leaving the villa, the lothario also apologised for his treatment of Rosie, who he brutally dumped for Zara.
He said, “It was never my intention to upset Rosie. I think everybody saw me try to make amends and I did apologise to her in the villa.”
“When everybody saw me with Zara, then they realised that I didn’t do it light heartedly. It was because I actually had genuine feelings for Zara. I am sorry if I upset or offended anyone.”
Adam’s partner Darylle was also dumped from the island on last night’s show, but insisted that there’s no hard feelings if Adam wants to pursue things with Zara on the outside.
She confessed, “I don’t think I’d pursue anything romantic with Adam. His head is elsewhere. I’m not the kind of girl to chase something that isn’t reciprocated but I’m not bitter about that.
“I’m super happy for him and wish him all the best. I hope he can pursue something with Zara and be happy.”
