Love Island has been thrown into chaos as a popular contestant has sensationally quit the show.
According to The Sun, the Islander decided to leave the villa after their partner was axed from the series in a shock dumping.
The scenes have not yet made it to air, and bosses have been left stunned by their decision.
A source said: “The villa is so full that people are sleeping on the day beds.
“So producers decided it was a good idea to trim the fat and called another dumping soon after Movie Night.
“What they were not expecting was the partner of the individual axed wanting to leave.”
“That rarely ever happens. And the person was one of the most popular in the villa,” the insider continued.
“There are also more bombshells on the way that they could have had a better connection with.”
The news comes after Trey Norman and Ellie Jackson were dumped from the villa during Sunday’s episode, following a very dramatic Movie Night.
