Love Island spoilers: Lucie admits she STILL has feelings for Tommy

The surfer can't deny her feelings for the boxer

Lucie Donlan admits she STILL has feelings for Tommy Fury during tonight’s episode of Love Island.

At the beginning of the show, Tommy tried to crack on with Lucie, expressing that he really liked her, however, Lucie chose to pursue a relationship with Joe instead.

After Joe was dumped from the Island, Lucie told Tommy that she really liked him – but the professional boxer rebuffed her advances in favour of pursuing a new relationship with Molly-Mae.

After viewers watched Tuesday night’s dramatic recoupling, fans suggested the pair may still like each other due to their reactions during the recoupling – and it looks like they were right.

Some fans think Tommy looked “jealous” when Lucie arrived back to the villa with newcomer George, and others thought Lucie’s tears during Tommy and Molly-Mae’s reunion were not tears of joy, but of sadness.

During tonight’s episode, Lucie asks Tommy for a chat and explains she still has romantic feelings for him.

At the fire pit, she says: “I do want to get to know George but you can’t really change how you feel. I’ve known you for how many weeks now?”

“It’s still going to be there. I don’t want you to feel awkward and feel like you can’t talk to me.”

Tommy says he understands that you can’t just “switch those things off”, and adds, “Regardless of what has happened, I still want the friendship there. I don’t want to lose that.”

Lucie then says: “I just feel stupid because at the start I don’t know why I didn’t choose you.”

Of course, Lucie and Tommy’s chat hasn’t gone unnoticed by Molly-Mae.

Speaking with the other girls on the swing seat, Molly-Mae says: “Tommy and Lucie are having a chat over there. I think she does still really like him.”

When Jourdan questions whether it’s such a “bad thing”, Molly-Mae says: “I don’t mind that she fancies him. I can’t get annoyed for someone fancying him. There are no rules about that but it’s how you go about it. Open up to me and be honest about it.”

Later in the Beach Hut, she adds: “It’s very strange that I was sat with Lucie in Casa Amor and to find out she was sat there thinking about Tommy. It doesn’t worry me but obviously it bothers me.”

Aside from the Lucie/Tommy/Molly-Mae triangle, tensions are high between Amber and new girl Joanna during tonight’s episode, as they come face-to-face after the recoupling.

It also looks like it could be the end of the road for Curtis and Amy… Check out the teaser below:
