Maura Higgins has literally won the heart of the nation last night – after she stood up to contestant Tom Walker, and the pair will come face to face tonight.
The Longford beauty told Tom to “go f***” himself in last night’s episode, after he told the lads he wanted to see if she was “all mouth” as they were set to enter the Hideaway together.
Tonight Tom tries to win Maura back over and apologise, but she’s having none of it.
“I’m not bringing him to the Hideaway,” she tells the girls.
“I feel like that was a miscommunication,” Tom tries to tell Maura. Maura replies: “What do you mean miscommunication? You said what you said!”
Molly-Mae then interrupts and tells Tom to leave; “just give her some space”.
Anton then gets involved trying to explain why Tom said what he said, but again Maura stands her ground.
“No…He’s trying to be a lad. A real man wouldn’t speak about a woman, the way he spoke about me down there.”
Anton says: “He just repeated what we said”, to which Maura replies: “Yes but he shouldn’t have.”
“I just think that is completely wrong,” Maura continues.
“I’m so glad I came down because he is the last person I want to spend the night with. That’s the truth.”
