Love Island: Amber FINALLY opens up about her feelings for Michael

On tonight’s Love Island, the villa residents were left reeling after OG Joe and newcomer Elma left the show, having been voted out.

Lucie was left frustrated that the other Islanders deemed her and Joe one of the least compatible couples, as she felt they would work outside of the villa. However, the girls were quick to comfort her, offering her solace and support.

While Lucie attempted to heal from her heartbreak, some of the other couples were having issues of their own.

Yewande and Danny questioned the authenticity of their relationship, as Danny wondered if Yewande was invested in their coupling.

Curtis revealed Danny’s thoughts to Yewande, and she was not too pleased. “I’m not going to tell you every day that I really like you. It’s never going to happen,” she exclaimed.

Meanwhile, Amber and Michael got text, instructing them to head out on their first date.

“It’s about time,” Michael told the Beach Hut confession cam. “It will be nice to get away.”

The pair enjoyed a romantic meal in a botanical courtyard, and the conversation covered their family lives before turning to their feelings for one another.

Amber opened up to Michael, saying: “Just looking at you you look like you’ll ruin a girls life. Then getting to know your personality we are really similar.”

Michael agreed that they were two sides of the same coin, expressing how much she would fit in with his family.

“My family would love you. You’d fit right in, it would be like you’d always been there,” he said.

Amber went on to tell Michael that she feels he compliments her personality: “I feel like you probably calm me down a bit,” she laughed.

“I feel shy, that’s how I know i really like you, because I never have nothing to say.”

Amber also admitted that she feels their relationship would work outside the villa, in the real world, before telling Michel if things are going to work, he will need to move to Newcastle so they can be together.

“I dont think my head will be turned ever,” she expressed, before saying that she could not believe she had admitted that.
