Lorraine Keane admits leaving Xpose was ‘the best thing I ever did’

Lorraine Keane has admitted that leaving Xpose was the best thing she’s ever done.

Xpose first aired on TV3 in 2007 and the mother-of-two left the show in 2009 to focus on her two daughters Emelia, 13, and Romy, 9.

“I left Xpose seven years ago to spend more time with my girls and it was such a difficult decision to make, but I knew I’d regret it if I missed those early years. It was the best thing I ever did,” she said.

The journalist revealed that she felt she could’ve done more with her daughters after she left the show but is less worried now.

“Even after I left Xpose I felt like I could have been doing more with the girls. I was always worrying and over-analysing,” she told The Herald.

“Now I’m just happy to muddle through and if I can get them out with clean clothes and food in their lunchbox, job done.”
