James Haskell greeted Caitlyn Jenner on I’m A Celeb bridge ‘to make sure she had someone there’

Nobody from Caitlyn's family showed up to support her

Viewers were left heartbroken for Caitlyn Jenner once again last night, as she was booted off I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here.

Fans of the show felt sorry for the 70-year-old, as none of her famous family members came to greet her at the end of the bridge – after spending a gruelling three weeks in the jungle.

However, the MailOnline has since reported that in a sweet move, Caitlyn’s former campmate James Haskell was there to give her a hug.

An insider told the outlet that James asked if he could be there to greet Caitlyn, to “make sure she had someone there.”

An eyewitness revealed: “James met Caitlyn when she came over the bridge and sat with her for the entire leaving process.”

“Caitlin walked over the bridge, exclaimed to James ‘It’s you!’ They embraced, both were welling up.”

“James accompanied Caitlin throughout the entire eviction process and then when it was over they went for a Starbucks together to talk about the show and life in general. There’s a definite real friendship there.”

Caitlyn later revealed on her Instagram Story that her partner, Sophia Hutchins, surprised her back at the hotel.

During her time in the jungle, the 70-year-old’s famous family have been criticised for not supporting her.

The Kardashian-Jenner’s failed to send her a letter from home twice, and then last night nobody showed up to give her a hug after spending three weeks in the jungle.

It seems Caitlyn’s famous daughters would rather be on vacation, as Kendall is currently sunning herself in Miami, and Kylie has brought a bunch of her friends on a ski trip.

During her exit interview, Caitlyn burst into tears as she admitted she found her experience in the jungle tough, and missed her family terribly.
