Irish Apprentice star Pamela Uddin STILL wants to work with Lord Sugar – even after he fired her

Irish Apprentice star Pamela Uddin has insisted she would still work with Alan Sugar – even after he publicly sacked her.

The Waterford contestant was sent home from the BBC show in a dramatic episode that saw three contestants being shown the door.

Asked if she would still go into business with Lord Sugar, the 24-year-old said: “I would.”

But Pamela – who thinks that Lord Sugar just wasn’t interested in her social conscious idea – admitted he’s scarier than you see on TV.

Still hopeful: Pamela wants to work with Lord Sugar despite being fired

She added: “When you see Lord Sugar on TV as a viewer, he seems scary, but when you’re in the boardroom and he’s across the table, it’s worse, but in a good way.

“It’s a bit weird when he’s just there in front of you. But it’s great to get that experience, as he’s so successful.”

Speaking to TV Now, Pamela admitted others deserved the sack more than her, especially after stepping up as the project manager.

She added: “I do think Daniel should have gone, because he made a lot more mistakes in previous tasks as well.”

Her business plan was to set up a consultancy firm for people with dyslexia.

And despite being knocked out of the running, Pamela still plans to pursue her business idea.

She said: “Right now…I’m working with the Dyslexic Association of Britain and I’m going to see if I can get involved from an Irish perspective as well.”
