Here’s what is coming to Amazon Prime Video in November

There’s lots of new movies and TV series coming to Amazon Prime Video this November.

Ahead of the festive season, there are some Christmas films joining the platform, along with some gripping documentaries and some popular feel-good flicks.

Take a look at our top picks for the month ahead:

Mrs. Doubtfire

This family favourite film sees Robin Williams play a father who, desperate to see his children after a divorce from his wife, poses as a housekeeper.

In his new identity as the lovable Mrs Doubtfire, he takes on a job in his ex wife’s house so that he can spend time with his children.

Matilda’s Mara Wilson, Sally Feild and Piers Bronsnan also star in the film, which joins Prime Video on November 1.

Crazy, Stupid, Love 

When Cal (Steve Carrell) gets divorced from his wife, he meets a young player in a bar (Ryan Gosling) who coaches him on how to talk to women.

However, things take a turn when Cal’s friend settles down, leaving Cal to fend for himself.

The popular rom-com joins Amazon Prime Video on November 1.

The Electrical Life of Louis Wain 

This brand new Amazon Prime Video original is based on the true story of eccentric British artist Louis Wain.

The artist changed the public’s perception of cats with his art and the film follows his life in the face of those who doubted him.

Benedict Cumberbatch, Claire Foy, Sharon Rooney and Aimee Lou Wood comes to the platform on November 5.

Always Jane 

Another Amazon original, Always Jane lands on the site next month.

The four-part docuseries follows Jane, a transgender teen who’s preparing to finish school and head off to college.

The coming-of-age series shines a light on the journey of Jane, her family and transgender people across the world.

Always Jane arrives on November 12.

Jingle All The Way

If you’re already ready to get in the Christmas spirit, then this is the perfect release for you.

Jingle All the Way films 1 and 2 land on site next month.

The film follows a father who promised his son a special toy for Christmas, but forgets to buy it! He must now search for the toy and fight off any opponents to avoid disappointing his son.

Both the 1996 film and the 2014 second instalment land on November 1.

Hanna (Season 3) 

This series follows a young woman created by sinister organisation Utrax and trained to be an assassin.

Hanna (played by Esmé Creed-Miles) now teams up with a former enemy to take down the organisation from the inside.

Catch up on the first two seasons now before the third joins Amazon Prime Video on November 24.

Burning

Burning is a gripping documentary that tells the story of the 2019 Australian bush fires that dominated headlines across the world.

The documentary shines a light on what happened that summer and on climate change as a whole.

Eva Orner’s Burning comes to Amazon Prime Video on November 29.
