The Fall set to return for a fourth season

There are going to be a few changes to the show

The Fall is set to return for a fourth season.

Fans speculated that the finale last week was going to be the last ever episode of the BBC drama, but Lacy Moore, who stars as Lisa Benedetto, has revealed that there will be another season.

“All I know is I’m supposed to be back in series four – I have no idea why people are saying it’s the end,” she said.

The third season is set to be Jamie Dornan’s last as leading serial killer Paul Spector but the actress admitted hat there will be new characters introduced to fill in new leading roles.

“I think they’re bringing in new characters to play the leads but I’m pretty sure they’re going forward with another season,” Lacy told the Irish Mirror.

“It’s got such a massive fanbase, it really is super popular, so it should go on for another series.”

The Dubliner is also starring alongside actress Amy Huberman in a brand new film, Kill Ratio, that is set to hit the U.S. later this month.

The film tells the story of a fight between dictatorship and democracy in an Eastern European country.

“I loved the idea of a strong woman lead – it’s a bit like Kill Bill really.

“There’s a female character taking down this big patriarchal society,” she added.

“We both have a lot of action scenes with staged combat. We were taught how to use rifles and other weapons so that was brilliant.”
