Mrs. Brown’s Boys star Jennifer Gibney has revealed she was a massive supporter of Daniel O’Donnell on Strictly Come Dancing.
The TV star was a contestant on last year’s series of the BBC show and told Goss.ie she thought the Donegal singer did great under the intense pressure the competition puts on the stars.
“I thought he was fantastic. I know how scary it is to step out on that stage and I thought he was fantastic,” she told Goss.ie.

“Brendan and IÂ don’t know him personally but we sent good wishes to him,” she said.
“He’s a lovely, lovely guy Daniel, we’ve been keeping track of him.”
While Jennifer may have been a fan of the Irish crooner on the series, not everyone was sad to see him given the boot.
Daniel’s wife Majella admitted she was glad her husband was off the show and would no longer have to cope with the stress it brings.
