Dermot O’Leary has revealed that he will be dancing once again on the X Factor.
The host’s entrances were the highlight of many viewers weekend telly watching, and now that he’s returned to the show after taking a year off – Dermot is aiming to impress.
“God yeah [there will be Dermot Dancing], we can’t put that to bed, can we? Go on, let me!” he said.

There’s a catch to his dancing though as the Irish man isn’t signed up to a new routine for every show.
“[The dancing] will be sporadic, I don’t think it will be every week,” he told Digital Spy.
“I haven’t got it in the locker to do it every week.”

The 43-year-old admitted that while the show is exciting, the 30 seconds before the show starts are the most exciting of all.
“The 30 seconds before we go live are the best 30 seconds of your life,” he continued.
“It’s even more exciting than the show itself, unless they make me do a dance I didn’t know about, which did happen two years ago.”
