Davide Sanclimenti’s family have responded to viral rumours that he has quit Love Island.
Rumours were rife that the businessman had left the villa, after he got into a heated row with his flame Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu earlier this week.
On Thursday, the Italian Stallion’s family, who are running his social media accounts while he is on the show, addressed the speculation on his Instagram Stories.
His family shared a video with a series of clips of Davide.
They wrote: “Davide has NOT left the villa! Fake news spreading like wildfire.”
Although its unclear where the rumours stemmed from, Love Island fans took to Twitter earlier this week to react to them.
One viewer wrote: “What are these rumors that Davide has left the villa? Please tell me it’s just a rumor,” as another said: “Why am I hearing that Davide has left?? Fuminggg🥲.”

On Friday night, we saw Davide question his romance with Ekin-Su once again after watching her Casa Amor antics on movie night.
The footage showed the Turkish actress get heated under the sheets with bombshell George Tasker before quickly telling him they were just friends.
Davide branded her “a liar,” something he has called her multiple times over the past couple of weeks.
