Celebrity Big Brother is over for another year – but not before the stars’ salaries were exposed.
The series ended on Friday February 3rd with Irish duo Jedward landing in second place behind Loose Women’s Kim Woodburn.
According to reports, some of this year’s stars’ salaries are much more than previous years.
His first time on Celebrity Big Brother, Ray J was best known by audience as Kim Kardashian’s sex tape co-star.
The rapper’s time in the house was short-lived as he had to go to hospital regarding a dental emergency – and when he wasn’t allowed back into the house, he was not happy.
Ray is reportedly the highest paid celebrity to ever enter the house and, according to TMZ.com, earned a cool $1million – £810,000.
Producers are said to have covered his travel expenses as well which racked up to be £24,000.
Speidi aka Spencer and Heidi Montag
The first pair to enter the Celebrity Big Brother house this year, Spencer and Heidi Montag were previously on the show in 2013.
They were runner-up to winner Rylan Clark, who went on to host the show’s spin-off Celebrity Big Brother’s Big On The Side.
The couple, who have been married since 2009, earned £570,000 between them for appearing on the show, according to The Sun.
James Jordan first appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in 2014 and is said to have been offered a six-figure-deal to return this year.
“The producers loved how feisty he was when he appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in 2014 and they know he won’t hold back,” an insider told The Sun.
Even though he didn’t make it to the final, the dancer still earned a high figure.
The second pair to enter the house, Jedward joined the All Stars and New Stars in the house by performing an epic private gig for the house.
The twins first appeared on the show in 2011 and became fast friends with American actress Tara Reid, who they are still close to to this day.
For appearing on the show in 2011, the energetic twins earned £500,000 according to The Sun, who believes their earnings went up this year.
