Celebrity Big Brother star Mickey Rourke is reportedly “planning to sue ITV” after it was revealed the Hollywood actor reportedly faces a cut from £500,000 to $50,000 according to The Sun.
The 72-year-old was removed from the house after “further use of inappropriate language” and “instances of unacceptable behaviour,” according to ITV.
The Hollywood actor agreed to leave after an argument with Chris Hughes, after being given a formal warning over language used towards JoJo Siwa.

However, the actor is now reportedly considering a lawsuit against ITV bosses, alleging they purposely ejected him in order to avoid giving him the big pay out.
According to TMZ, Mickey was in financial trouble and signed up for the show to pay off bills; however, the sum he is taking home only covers his hotel cost.
Mickey’s rep Kimberly Hines reportedly told the publication that Mickey was promised “five star” accommodation, however, on the flight over he was informed they would only cover up to $300 a night.

The reportedly “broke” actor was left to pay the enormous £50,000 bill after he had already spent a lot of money on a luxurious hotel for himself and his crew.
Kimberly also claimed the shows producers were “well aware Mickey’s a verbal loose cannon,” and that they “got exactly what they wanted from him before “sending him out with barely a ride to the airport.”
Goss.ie has contacted ITV for a comment.

A source told The Sun: “Mickey didn’t do Celebrity Big Brother for the experience and was counting on that money.”
“He’s lost a huge amount by leaving the show early. It was worked out on a pro rata basis. Conversations are ongoing so the fee may change but a contract is a contract.”
The claim comes shortly after Axed Celebrity Big Brother star Michael Fabricant has claimed ITV “cut more” of Mickey Rourke’s “inappropriate language.”
The former Conservative MP was the first to be evicted from the house, and has now accused Mickey of further inappropriate comments towards JoJo Siwa.

Michael previously stated the Hollywood star wanted to leave the series “on day one.”
The 74-year-old has claimed “more was said” by Mickey Rourke, some of which couldn’t be broadcast.
In response to a follower who complained about language being used by the Hollywood star, Michael wrote: “Yeah, but that wasn’t said in isolation.”
He continued: “There was a lot more, some of which could not be broadcast.”
