Marnie Simpson has announced that she’s left Geordie Shore for good, after five years on the MTV show.
The reality star has insisted that she’s left the show “permanently”.
Marnie’s decision to quit comes after show favourites Charlotte Crosby and Gary Beadle also left the series in recent years.
Taking to Twitter, Marnie wrote, “For everyone keep asking I have in fact permanently left Geordie shore…”
For everyone keep asking I have in fact permanently left Geordie shore, it was just time to move on, it just wasn’t the same without everyone who left and I made the decision to leave, it was a wild 5 years and I’m really thankful I got to do it!

Marnie was one of the last remaining original cast members.
Marnie also took part in Celebrity Big Brother last year, and is also set to appear in the new series of MTV’s Ex On The Beach.
