The 31-year-old revealed that when you’re pregnant, you need to do exercises that won’t elevate your heart.

“Mainly low level, easy, low intensity kind of stuff, ’cause you can’t elevate your heart rate.

“Taking things nice and easy, nice stretches. You can still do weights and stuff like that, you just obviously can’t go too hard.

“It’s just mainly to keep your bones ticking over! Hopefully in the end it’ll help,” the blonde beauty revealed.

Sarah opened up about possibly starting a fitness blog, but admitted that she does post a lot of her work outs on her social media.

“If I had the time, it’s an awful lot of work!”

“Maybe a mummy fitness kind of [blog]- it’d definitely be fitness related anyway.

“I also show on my Instagram and Twitter the workouts that I do now, especially now that I’m pregnant.

“It’s obviously a different kind of work out that people can follow and do depending on their trimester,” she explained.

Sarah revealed that she is now five and a half months pregnant, but hasn’t notice much difference bar from the very start of her pregnancy.

“I’m still working out, so I haven’t found it a huge difference,” the Irish beauty revealed.

“I think because I’m so healthy and so fit I’m not finding a huge difference – I’ve kept that up even through pregnancy.

“Apart from the first three months, which are pretty hard.

“After that I’m kind of so far breezing through. I can’t complain!”
