The BEST And WORST Dressed At The 2016 Emmys

The 68th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards took place this weekend, and while it was all about the best actors, actresses, dramas, comedies and more – are eyes were all on the red carpet fashion.

Every year the who’s who of TV come together in the most fashionable way, using stylists, designers and lots of freebies to create the perfect look.

While some stars nail it everytime (Claire Danes), other people didn’t impress this year (Heidi Klum).

Take a look at our Best and Wost Dressed:

Kristen Bell in Zuhair Murad

Possibly our favourite dress of the night, Kristen Bell absolutely knocked the ball out of the park.

The blonde looked effortlessly chic as she glided down the red carpet, and hit the best dressed lists all over the world.

Claire Danes in Schiaparelli

Although lots of viewers thought the Homeland star was a bit too heavy-handed with her tan, you can’t deny Claire Danes looked amazing.

As usual the multi-award winning acrtess always looks on point on every red carpet.

Michelle Dockery in Oscar de la Renta

Lady Mary herself looked sophisticated as usual in this stunning Oscar de la Renta gown.

The brunette went for a frilly, white dress, and only TV royalty like herselfcould really pull it off.

Ariel Winter in Yousef Aljasmi

The stars of Modern Family killed it on the red carpet this year, with Ariel Winter being no exception.

The brunette showed off her stunning figure in this Yousef Aljasmi sheer dress.

Unfortunately for the actress though everyone is comparing her look to Kylie Jenner’s – as the reality star wore the same dress to New York Fashion Week.

Who wore it best?

Sophie Turner in Valentino

Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner was another knock out on the red carpet this weekend.

The blonde looked breath-taking in this black, sheer fitted dress from Valentino.

Sarah Hyland Monique Lhuillier

Another Mordern Family star to grace the red carpet was Sarah Hyland, and she went for something very different this year.

The actress opted for a dressy peplum top by Monique Lhuillier, pairing the look with black pants.

It wasn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but we loved it!

Sofia Vergara in Versace in Atelier Versace

So lucky to be here with my #modernfamily family!!#emmys2016??

This was a real “love it or hate it” look on Sofia Vergara, and we LOVED it.

Although some people thought the gown was a bit out-dated, it’s just not possible for Sofia to every look bad in any outfit.

Anything on those curves looks incredible.

Emily Ratajkowski in Zac Posen

Although we normally love anything Emily wears, this look fell completely flat on the red carpet.

The dress didn’t seem to fit in all the rigth places, and her hair slicked back with that dramatic blue makeup? No thanks.

Heidi Klum in Michael Kors

Another lady we’re normally drooling over is Heidi Klum, but this year the dress just didn’t do the model justice.

The sequence cut-out dress just looked completley out-dated and didn’t suit the blonde.

Sack the stylist!

Guiliana Rancic in Georges Chakra Couture

The E! red carpet host is always a hit or a miss on the red carpet, and this time she was a miss.

Wearing a blush pink cpaed dress, people on Twitter were comparing her look to that of their grand mother’s.

Although we like the youthful ponytail, everything else about this outfit was a fail.
