Ex-Miss Ireland Andrea Roche’s model agency has seen revenues of almost €1million – in just two years of being open.
And the Tipperary beauty’s firm doubled its pre-tax profits last year, to €28,467.
The 37-year-old set up the Andrea Roche Model Agency at Christmas, 2011, after more than a decade in the fashion industry.

Huge success comes from having Georgia Salpa, Rosanna Davison, Pippa O’Connor and Roz Purcell on her books – four of the biggest model names in Ireland.
Now Andrea has more than 200 models on her books, and has seen herself become one of the two most important model agencies in Ireland alongside Assets.

Earlier this year Andrea became a mum for the first time, after marrying Rob White in 2012 in Ibiza.
Previously Andrea said it was tough setting up the business because of fears people were waiting for her to fail.
“I felt an added pressure — that’s the feeling that everyone is waiting to see if you fail,” she said. “I was under a lot of media scrutiny, it all added to the pressure.”
