Will the Ireland’s Got Talent judging panel return for a second series?

Louis Walsh, Michelle Visage and Jason Byrne are on board - but Denise Van Outen's future is up in the air

It looks like the Ireland’s Got Talent judges are keen to sign up for a second series, but Denise Van Outen’s future on the show is still up in the air.

According to the Herald, Louis Walsh, Michelle Visage and Jason Byrne are ready to return to the judging panel for a second series of the hit TV3 show.

“All the judges had a great time. You can’t have Ireland’s Got Talent without Louis,” a source said.

“Michelle Visage has always loved Ireland, she adored being on the show, and will be on the first plane back to Dublin if they want her back next year. Jason is also hoping he will be back in action for the second series.”

However, the source added, “It’s not known whether Denise will be coming back or not but it’s looking pretty good. She had a ball.

“It just depends if she has any other projects that take over between now and the next series.”

Ireland’s Got Talent was huge hit on TV3, as it drew an average of 350,000 viewers every Saturday night.

The first series of the show saw dance troupe RDC crowned the winners, and they took home a cash prize of €50,000. They will also be given their own special on TV3.
