Westlife thank fans for support after BOTH Croke Park concerts sell out

Westlife have thanked fans for their support after both of their Croke Park concerts sold out.

The foursome were forced to add a second date in the iconic stadium, when the first date sold out in a matter of minutes.

Fans rushed to purchase tickets for the newly added concert and some die-hard Westlife fans managed to secure seats for the gig.

The band thanked fans for their support, as they shared a poster image for their gigs with “Both shows sold out!” written across it.

“Wow, thank you! The response from all of you has been amazing!” the band told followers.

Each member of the boyband also shared the image and expressed their disbelief in the news.

“This is just insane! 2 Croke Parks are sold out! Thank you all. It’s gonna be incredible,” Kian Egan wrote on Instagram.

“Two shows gone! #wow Shall be seeing you next July, all 170,000 of you,” Nicky Byrne said, while Mark Feehily told fans: “Blown away by the support for the tour! Thank you all”.

Shane Filan also took to social media to thank fans, as he wrote: “WOW!!!! 2 Croke Park shows SOLD OUT !”

Westlife are set to kick off their U.K. and Ireland Twenty Tour on 25th May in Belfast’s SSE Arena.
