WATCH: Vogue Williams gets birthday surprise from Spencer Matthews on Loose Women

The pair recently moved in together

Vogue Williams received a very special birthday surprise from her boyfriend Spencer Matthews yesterday.

On Monday, the model celebrated her 32nd birthday and appeared on ITV’s Loose Women to discuss her battle with anxiety.

However, the stunning TV presenter was surprised by her reality star boyfriend Spencer with a gift.

Placing a small box on the table, Vogue opened it to find the key to a Vespa, which she’s been wanting for a long time.

Although Vogue was delighted with her beau’s gift, the Loose Women panellists admitted that they thought Spencer was about to propose.

However, Spencer replied, “I don’t think I’d be mean enough to propose on live television. She needs to at least have the option of saying no.”

The couple finally moved in together on Sunday night, and speaking about taking the big step, Spencer said, “When you know, you know. I respect Vogue enormously and love her very much, you know, so it makes sense to me.”

Speaking about her battle with anxiety, which is the topic of one of her upcoming documentaries, Vogue revealed how Spencer has helped her.

“I think that he’s just a really positive person to be around,  and he’s just so happy all the time and it rubs off on you and makes you happier and I think everyone finds that about him.

“It’s nice to have that sort of presence in my life, and I think when I do have it he goes out of his way to make my day easier and do something nice.”

Vogue was also asked about Spencer’s bad reputation stemming from his early days on E4’s Made in Chelsea.

“I think when Spencer was on Made in Chelsea he was 21,” she replied. “I mean he was a 21-year-old boy doing what a lot of 21-year-old boys do, he didn’t want to be in anything serious.

“I haven’t tamed him in anyway, which I keep reading about and it makes me cringe because he was just like that when I met him and he’s 29, you know, so he’s grown up a lot since his Made in Chelsea days.”

The blonde beauty also revealed how much her family love him – and how important that was to her.

“My mum would have met him when we were just friends in Austria, and she just loved him immediately. We went for one dinner and he was walking home linking my auntie and my mum in the other arm.

“Even my stepdad, who would be a tougher one to crack, fell in love with Spencer as well. I think that for both of us, we get on really well with each others families, and that’s important because we’re both real family people,” she explained.
