Kayleah Long is pulling on our heart strings with her latest video of her girls running to see their dad, Shane Long, for the first time since the Euros.
The Tipperary native and his team were knocked out of the Euros after Sunday’s match where they lost to France – but it wasn’t all bad as the footballer was greeted by his daughters Tiegan and Erin at the airport, and it was ADORABLE.
In a video posted by Kayleah, we can hear Shane say, “How are my babies?,” as they happily call for their “Dada.”
“The moment the girls got reunited with their daddy last night after we had just landed also! They had no idea,” Kayleah wrote under her Instagram video.
The footballer was delighted to see his family, as he threw down his bags to pick up his two girls.
While Shane may have returned earlier than he hoped from the Euros, it’s not all bad news as Irish fans are set to be awarded with a medal from the Mayor of Paris for “exemplary sportsmanship.”
