His career is going from strength to strength and now Hozier has a major Hollywood fan in Magic Mike star Matt Bomer.
Performing at the iHeart Radio Music Festival Las Vegas, Matt Bomer admitted when he was asked to introduce him on stage, he jumped at the chance.
“Tonight I’m presenting one of my favourite artists, I guess you could call him a new artist or newer artist, it’s Hozier,” he said.

“I’ve been a fan since Take Me to Church when it first hit the airwaves.
“I obviously loved the very first video he made to accompany that song and I just think he’s definitely one of the artists of his generation,” he told Billboard.com.
“So when I had the opportunity to be here and introduce him – I wasn’t going to pass it up.”
