Vogue Williams strong contender to be first Irish winner of The Jump

The presenter joins an all-star line-up

Vogue Williams has been tipped to be a strong contender to become the first Irish winner of The Jump.

The presenter has joined the risky show, which her ex-husband Brian McFadden took part in in 2016 and admitted he was surprised it’s back on TV.

With odds of 14/1 to win according to Paddy Power, the Dubliner is placed just seventh out of fourteen others.

Vogue is no stranger to tough physical competitions like The Jump having competed Dancing With The Stars in Australia and Bear Grylls: Mission Survive, which she won.

“Having competed in Dancing With the Stars in Australia, Vogue has some pedigree in reality TV but she faces some stiff competition from some world class athletes,” a spokesperson for Paddy Power told Dublin Live.

“However, if 2016 has taught us anything it’s that the underdogs always have a chance.”

Those with a higher chance of winning include retired cyclist Bradley Wiggins, Olympic gymnast Louis Smith, Olympic Taekwondo champion Jade Jones, England rugby captain Jason Robinson, Welsh rugby international player Gareth Thomas and Made In Chelsea’s Spencer Matthews.
