Vogue Williams slams ‘nasty’ online trolls – after defending Khloe Kardashian

Vogue Williams has slammed “nasty” online trolls, after defending Khloe Kardashian.

On Tuesday, the Irish presenter weighed in on the KUWTK star’s recent photoshop scandal, admitting she was “so angry” reading the “disgusting” comments about Khloe’s unedited snap.

Taking to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday morning, the mum-of-two urged her followers to be “honest” online, but hit out at those “slagging people off” on social media.

The Dublin native shared a photo of herself filter-free, followed by the same snap with a filter on it and wrote: “After reading your comments on my last post if I ever use a filter I will make it known.”

“I sometimes use the Paris one in my stories but I won’t anymore! This one has the Paris filter. Look at the difference between this and the previous pic. Actually not great for my own self image or anyone who might be thinking this is what my skin looks like.”

“Here is my hair and makeup today and on what I was saying in my last post, this isn’t filtered but I have really good lighting in my sitting room so my skin looks better than it probably does without the lighting and I’ve had my hair and makeup done.”

“But I do think it’s important that we all be as honest as we can be online. I also think that slagging people off or just being nasty about how they look or their body is very uncalled for and not needed.”

An alleged unauthorized and unedited bikini snap of Khloe went viral over the weekend, with the Kardashian team reportedly working to remove the “private” photo.

Sharing the photo to her Instagram on Tuesday, Vogue wrote: “I have seen so much crap surrounding this picture of Khloe Kardashian today.”

Once again discussing a woman’s body and looks. It’s honestly made me feel so angry. I only spoke of this the other day… If she wants to post edited pictures she can, it’s nobody else’s business and nobody else should care either.”

“She certainly doesn’t deserve the amount of abuse she’s enduring over a photograph, it’s disgusting. I’ve seen countless bullying click bait headlines followed by more abusive comments. If you’re putting negativity out into the world it’s what’s coming straight back at you. Be kind. Be positive. Be happy. ❤️.”
