Vogue Williams has revealed she’s stopped drinking – for now.
The TV presenter admitted that she felt it was time to take a break from drinking, admitting sometimes she loves red wine “too much”.
Writing in her column for the Sunday World, Vogue said she is on a drinking ban.
“I am sort of on a booze ban at the moment,” she wrote.
“I found I was drinking the night before a day off and then spending the next day hungover and doing nothing.”
“I was also finding myself still a little tired for work the following day, so until my diary eases up I am going to go booze free.”
And since revealing the news Vogue jetted off to Ibizia with her other half Spencer Matthews for a fitness bootcamp.
