Tributes are pouring in for Irish singer Sonny Knowles, who has sadly passed away aged 86.
According to reports, the legendary showman died peacefully at his home on Thursday, surrounded by his family.
The Dublin native rose to fame during Ireland’s showband boom in the 1960s, and had a career that spanned six decades.
Sonny is survived by his wife Sheila, and their children Aisling, Geraldine and Gary.
